초록

Abstract
This study is about the relationship between writing
and mindfulness using tarot cards. Tarot cards go
beyond simply showing bad luck and providing
psychological satisfaction, and they have the effect of
mindfulness in everyday life. Not only is it a means of
self-understanding to develop the power of insight by
using tarot cards, but learning to see myself can create
free space in the mind and insights can occur
accordingly. This study focuses on the relationship
between writing using tarot cards and mindfulness.
Since tarot cards can serve as a guide to consciously understand the reality by realizing one's inner self
through symbolic images, and furthermore, to look at
one's life insightfully, the relationship between
mindfulness of writing through tarot cards can be fully
found.
